At f8, we provide cutting-edge virtual services that add a unique narrative element to your marketing program. We offer Virtual Staging, Virtual Twilight, Advanced Image Editing (at no charge!), Dot Com Addresses and our Scribe® Property Description service.
Virtual Staging
Adding digital furnishings to a vacant home provides consumers with a better sense of how the home would look when furnished. Virtual Staging orders are for five (5) Virtually Staged images per quantity ordered. We stage three photos showing common area rooms (e.g., Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room), one showing the Primary Bedroom and one showing an Office or Alternate Bedroom. Staging includes all rooms visible in the photo. Virtual Staging is delivered with the rest of your photos so there are no delays if you order ahead of time.
Virtual Twilight
Virtual Twilight is an inexpensive and convenient way to demonstrate to consumers what a home would look like during evening hours. We take one or more of your daytime photos and apply digital Twilight effects and lighting enhancements.
Advanced Image Edits
If you need it, we offer Advanced Image Edits for those things not normally included with our standard editing, For example: Replace a brown lawn with green grass, fill an empty pool, clean up a messy pool, put fire in a fireplace or a fire pit, replace blank TV screens with images, remove garbage cans and other unwanted objects, etc.
Dot Com Address
The Dot Com Address is a custom URL for your property website that gives you a memorable address for your listing. Sellers love seeing their address in the URL as in 456maple.com. This URL is shorter than the standard link so it can be used in your marketing program to showcase the home's address, and to give it a personalized home online. Some of the more common uses of the Dot Com Address are to list it in a brochure, or to purchase a sign rider (ordered from a sign company) with the Dot Com Address to provide a memorable URL for your listing.
Scribe®
Most property descriptions lean on the same handful of stock phrases: "stunning," "must see," “won't last." Generic language like this blends into the noise of every other listing on the market. That's where Scribe® gives you the upper hand. Using computer vision, Scribe now analyzes the actual photos of your listing and identifies actual features like white shaker cabinets, a subway tile backsplash, an island with a cooktop, vaulted ceilings, etc. It then writes a feature-based property description grounded in what's actually in the listing, not site-unseen generic verbiage. The result is a property description that speaks to the specific benefits buyers want to hear about. We mix in property details from public records sources to provide you with a finished description when you receive your photos.
