Standard Photography: Pricing shown is for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. Add $100 for homes 3001-5000 sq ft, add $200 for homes 5,001+ sq ft. Applies to the following services: Signature, Advantage and Premium Packages.

Matterport Pro: This service includes a 3D Tour and a Floor Plan diagram. Pricing shown is for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. For homes 3,001+ sq ft, the pricing is $10 per additional 100 sq ft. Service is not available for properties exceeding 20,000 sq ft.

Zillow 3D Home: This service includes a 3D Tour, an interactive Floor Plan, and a Floor Plan diagram. Pricing shown is for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. For homes 3,001+ sq ft, the pricing is $10 per additional 100 sq ft. Service is not available for properties exceeding 20,000 sq. ft. We will upload the media to your Zillow Showcase listing if that service is ordered by you from Zillow and requested by you through the Zillow platform.

Bundles: As Bundles are a combination of services, pricing will vary depending on square footage of the property. Bundled services must be performed at the same appointment except for Twilight Photography when included in a bundle. Bundles must be ordered with a specific listing and individual services are not transferable to other listings. There are no refunds for unused services included in a Bundle.\
- Floor Plan: Pricing shown is for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. Add $25 for homes 3001-5000 sq ft, add $50 for homes 5,001-7,500 sq ft, add $100 for homes 7,501-12,000 sq ft. Service is not available for properties exceeding 12,000 sq. ft.

Fixed Price and Per Image Price Services: All other services are offered at a flat rate for any size home, or they are sold on a price per image basis. Fixed priced services include Aerial Photography, Twilight Photography, all Videography services, and Dot Com Addresses. Price per image services include Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging and Custom Image Edits.

Travel Fee: There are no travel fees in our primary service areas. Travel fees will be added for homes located outside of our primary service areas based on the drive time to the home. The exact travel fee will be calculated and displayed to you before you finalize your order.

Late Notice Fee: When you reschedule, put on hold or cancel your appointment after 8:00pm Pacific Time of the night prior to your appointment, a $75 Late Notice Fee will apply.

Hosting Renewal: Hosting is included for one year on Matterport 3D Tours. To renew after the initial included year, a $25 Hosting Renewal fee will apply.

Custom Quotes: Custom quotes may be necessary for oversized properties, commercial properties and other properties or projects that do not fit our standard pricing guidelines.
