Online and Mobile Order Discounts
When you place your order using our online system, you will save 5% on your entire order. You can also order using the f8 Mobile app and you will save 5% on your entire order! Orders placed by phone are not subject to these discounts.

Pay lower prices on our most popular photography services by getting your colleagues involved with f8. You only need five agents at your company to register for an account to get started, but the more you spread the word, the more you will all save!
Tier 1: Office Level
When five agents have been registered at the same company, f8 will create a special website for you and your colleagues that includes a $10 discount on our Signature, Advantage and Premium Photography packages on every order.
Tier 2: Enterprise Level
When ten agents have been registered at the same company, f8 will upgrade the website to Enterprise status which gives you a $20 discount on our Signature, Advantage and Premium Photography packages on every order.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm local time from March through October. From November through February, appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm due to the more limited lighting conditions. Twilight photography appointments are set for 30 minutes prior to sunset on the day of service. We observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Our Client Center is available at 855-382-3873 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time, and email support is available nights and weekends. We urge our clients to review Section 19 of our Terms of Service so that you can help us comply with our COVID guidelines.
How to Place an Order
Login to the f8 system by clicking the Login + Register button in the top right corner of this website.
If you prefer to order on your phone, download the f8 Mobile app (Apple or Android) and login or register in the app.
Once logged in, click the Add New Listing button.
Enter the property details, choose your preferred and alternate appointment dates (select today's date if ordering services that do not require an appointment), and select the services you would like to order. Click the Next button.
Review the Order Summary and click the Next button.
Review the Terms of Service and click the Agree button.
Enter payment information and click the Make Payment button.
You will know you are done when you see the Success message.
We will follow up with an order notification email and an appointment confirmation notice (if applicable).
